1、当然最重要的是要使用穿线管埋线。
2、电路走线应该把握“两端间最近距离走线”,不能无故绕线,这样不但会造成死线,还会增大电改投入。
3、一根穿线管中不要穿太多线,穿线后都应该拽一下,看看是否可以轻松拽动。
4、线路有接头必需在接头处留暗盒扣面板,日后更换和维修都方便。

不同应用领域要求PVC管有不同的功能,所以PVC穿线管在应用时也会有所不同,下面小编带大家看看不同场所在使用PVC穿线管的时候怎么使用好.
1、对于暗敷于墙体内、埋敷于地下不燃烧体内的线管,以及农村建筑等普通民房家装用线管,须采用满足建设部标准JG3050-199[1] 8《建筑用绝缘电工套管及配件》的具有一定的阻燃性能,同时满足物理力学性能要求的PVC穿线管.根据精细和地方进行.
2、对于火灾危险性较高的场所,如宾馆、饭店、商场(大型超市)、图书馆、歌舞娱乐场所等公众聚集场所的吊顶及地板内的线路进行穿管保护时,因其顶棚地板内有较多可燃、易燃材料,应当选用燃烧性能级别较高的阻燃PVC穿线管[2] .
3、对于消防用配电线路、火灾自动报警系统电气线路应当强制要求使用满足公安部行标的阻燃PVC穿线管.
4、对于文物古建筑明敷电气线路改造、室内装饰装修和房屋二次装修以及旧、老建筑改造时需采用明敷线路的(隐藏于吊顶、地板内),必须采用燃烧性能B1级以上的阻燃PVC穿线管.
穿线管穿线管的布局:编辑
墙体及地面用无齿锯开槽完毕后,布下穿线管,线径不低于16毫米阻燃管及“86”线盒,然后进行线管内穿线(配线时,相线与零线的颜色区别分开,同一住宅相线(L)颜色应统一,零线(W)宜用蓝色,保护线(PE)宜用黄绿双色线)。
其次,电源线管暗埋时,应考虑与弱电管线等保持500毫米以上距离,电线管与热水管、煤气管之间平行距离不小于300毫米,强弱电禁止同管施工,干扰弱电信号。
第三,线与线的盒内连接彩用U型缠绕6圈半国标技术,以防导致电线连接不紧密产生“打火”。下线盒5分线盒内的电线接头处,应做“挂锡”处理,防止电线氧化产生短路现象,穿线管并缠绕防水胶带和高压绝缘胶带。在穿完线以后要用绝缘胶带和防水胶带对电源导线接头进行双层绝缘。
对于走在顶上的电源线必须穿线管而过,而且对吊顶的木龙骨要进行防火、防虫等两项处理,以免日后给业主带来麻烦。首先选择电线时要用铜线,忌用铝线。由于铝线的导电性差,通电过程中电线容易发热甚至引发火灾。然后,布线一定要用绝缘的穿线管。[3]
